Slate01. Owner and scope
Slate owns and operates the Slate app and slate-gpt.com. These terms apply to use of the app and website and are effective October 22, 2026.
Slate provides sports information and tools for independent research. Content is not a guarantee, a wager, or professional advice. Contact noreply@slate-gpt.com with questions about these terms.
02. Availability, age, and accounts
Slate is planned for availability in all countries and U.S. states. The app has a 12+ download rating, and accounts can be created without in-app age verification.
A download rating or app account does not establish permission to wager. Any gambling activity requires the applicable legal gambling age, lawful physical location, and compliance with the operator's requirements.
Supabase handles account authentication. Use accurate account information, protect your credentials, and contact Slate if you suspect unauthorized access.
03. Informational service
The website shows authentic captures of Slate's question screen, scores and odds, statistics, bet history, community and promotions. They are historical and do not establish live availability, complete coverage or a current price.
This site does not accept or place wagers, process payments or provide automatic tailing. A logo or screenshot does not establish sportsbook integration, partnership or regulatory approval.
Content is for information and entertainment. It is not betting, financial, legal or other professional advice. Users make their own decisions and must verify information independently.
04. Accuracy & uncertainty
AI and data can be incomplete, wrong, unavailable, delayed or misleading. Sources and reasoning can contain errors. No accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, outcome or profit is guaranteed.
Sports outcomes are uncertain. Past performance, trends, account results and other people's picks do not guarantee future results. Users are responsible for their own decisions and third-party wagers.
05. Odds, grading & corrections
Prices move between display and action. Verify the operator, event, market, selection, line, odds, stake, restrictions and settlement rules directly with the sportsbook.
Provider outages, errors, late results, cancellations, voids, pushes and corrections can affect a record. Potential return is not money won. Returned amount is not necessarily net profit.
06. User content & ownership
The community preview shows shared slips and discussion controls. This website does not receive posts. Share only material you have the right to share and do not disclose other people's private information.
07. Creators, records & tailing
Following and tailing are voluntary. Tailing means using another person's pick or slip as a starting point for independent review. It is not an instruction to wager or a guarantee. Automatic copying, editing and placement are not promised here.
Performance claims should state sample size, range, method and treatment of losses, pushes, voids, pending picks, edits, deletions and corrections. Paid and affiliate recommendations need conspicuous disclosures beside them.
08. Prohibited conduct
Do not engage in fraud, manipulation, deceptive records, impersonation, harassment, threats, spam, automation abuse, unauthorized access, malicious code, interference, promotion to minors and illegal gambling.
Do not encourage evasion of age, location, legal or self-exclusion restrictions, promise guaranteed returns, or pressure others to borrow, chase losses or escalate stakes.
09. Reporting concerns
Report harmful content, impersonation, harassment, spam, or misleading records to noreply@slate-gpt.com. Include the account name, post reference, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, payment details, or private information about other people.
10. Intellectual property
Slate branding, original content and software are subject to intellectual property protections. Third-party team and operator marks remain associated with their owners; appearance does not imply endorsement.
11. External services and offers
Supabase, the OpenAI API, Apple StoreKit, and AdMob support app features described in the Privacy Policy. Third-party services have their own applicable terms and data practices.
Sportsbooks have their own eligibility, availability, and settlement rules. Review them independently. Slate cannot self-exclude you from a third-party sportsbook. The historical promotions screenshot is not an offer to transact or a guarantee of returns.
12. In-app payments
In-app payments are handled through Apple StoreKit. Review the price and purchase terms shown by Apple before confirming a transaction.
This website has no checkout and does not collect payment-card details.
13. Account deletion and availability
You can delete your account from the Settings page in the Slate app. Slate retains account data and AI conversations until you instruct it to wipe your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The iPhone app is planned for November 6, 2026. The App Store link will appear on this website at launch.
14. Gambling risk
Information cannot remove gambling risk or make uncertain outcomes predictable. Past results and other people's picks do not guarantee future outcomes.
15. Updates and contact
These terms are effective October 22, 2026. Updates will be reflected on this page with the applicable effective date.
